Anastasia Press

Owner, MA, LPCC, she/her

Life often involves conflicting emotions: Hope and loss, growth and stagnation. When we feel stuck, it is natural to seek support as we try to understand ourselves, the people around us, and our lives.

Together, we can explore the connections between your emotions and your experiences. My hope for you is to have a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling to you. I believe that everyone’s story is influenced by their culture and identities, and I am a LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapist.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, conversational, and human. I like to get to know each of my clients as individuals, and I enjoy connecting on an authentic level. Strategies I often utilize in sessions include exploring relationship patterns, exploring the nuances of emotions, grounding exercises, and humor.
